I fully designed the app for scientists at Roche. The application supports in the organization of remote work, planning priorities in tasks, improving the quality of work and communication.

Problem

Since the first lockdown during the Covid epidemic, many companies have been forced to switch to remote work. Most employees and business owners haven't had much experience working from home.

Solution

The application supports work organization. Based on the archetype that each employee has matched to his or her profile, the manager has the opportunity to observe and help in matching the appropriate work style that will best suit a given person.

Process

Kick-off: I went through key business expectations to understand the purpose of the project

Information architecture and user flow: I drew up the information architecture in relation to the role in the application, and then prepared a user flow to make it easier to understand all possible steps the user will go through

Wireframes and Hi-fi design: I prepared wireframes and hi-fi mockups which I then presented to the team and we discussed the prioritization of tasks

Prototypes: I have prepared prototypes to make it easier to present interactions in the application

💪 Outcome

It was a great experience where, as an independent UI/UX designer, together with programmers and a business analyst, we built an application for a startup. Great time pressure, a lot of work, but also satisfaction from building an innovative application.
